This monochrome 256x64 graphic LCD display module comes with a compact PCB design, measuring 137.00 mm (W) x 39.60 mm (H) x 11.00 mm (T), and provides a spacious viewing area of 108.60 mm x 29.60 mm for clear and detailed graphic displays. It utilizes the SBN0064 / AIP31107 controller IC and supports an 8-bit parallel interface (6800), operating on a standard 5V power supply, with an optional 3V negative voltage generator available.
The 256x64 graphic LCD display series includes an integrated PCB, simplifying the installation process by eliminating the need for additional board design. Four screw holes are strategically placed on the PCB for effortless mounting onto various devices. This module operates reliably across a temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃ and can withstand storage temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃.
